APHA Maxs Black Buck
2003 black overo gelding
reference horse only
You can't ask for a better stallion then this guy. How many studs you know can be pastured with a mare in
heat and 3 geldings at the same time? He puts this gentle nature into every foal he has had for me. That is why I plan to
retain his fillies for crossing with my other stallions. Not only does this guy have the personality plus, he is bred right.
He is a grandson of Blue Max on bottom out of a winning halter mare, Maxs Hot Property. On his sire side
it is all roping and cow. His sire is Bimzan Red Buck out of Two Eyed Red Buck and Mr. Baron Red. bottom side goes back to
Zan par Bar. Click on Blackie's picture and it will take you to his own page.
we gelded Blackie because all though he produced wonderful minded foals, he didn't produce much paint
and for a Paint stallion that isn't good. Blackie is now my riding horse. We are both happier for it.
APHA Sun Day Finest
2006 sorrel overo colt
This colt is one of the last foals out of the late great Sun Days Tradition. He is also out of a Wiscamp
bred mare, Skip Be Late. The pictures do not do him justice. This is one nice colt pictured as a yearling.
